At Little Devotee, we aim to ensure that your child’s favorite Books, Art & Craft supplies, and Toys reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation along with tracking details.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • At the moment, international shipping is not available.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines usually range between 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take a little longer for delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be applicable on select orders (as per ongoing offers displayed on our website).

  • Otherwise, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value and delivery location.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track the status of your shipment on the respective courier partner’s website.

6. Undeliverable Orders

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, non-availability of recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we may reship the order at an additional shipping cost, or provide a refund (excluding shipping charges).

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us immediately.

  • This helps us raise the issue with our courier partner and assist you better.
