As a small brand, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-cancellation policy, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, torn, or defective upon arrival.

1. Eligibility for Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges

  • Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or torn.

  • Orders cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect choice, or accidental purchase.


2. Timeframe for Requesting a Return

  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.


3. Proof of Damage/Defect

  • Customers must provide valid photo or video evidence of the damaged or defective product.

  • Proof should also include the outer packaging condition at the time of delivery.


4. Review & Approval Process

  • Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, our team will review the claim.

  • If approved, customers can choose from the following:

    • Refund – Processed back to the original payment method.

    • Replacement – Same product shipped again.

    • Exchange – Another product of equivalent value (subject to availability).


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway.


6. Replacement & Exchange Timeline

  • Approved replacements or exchanges are generally shipped and delivered within 10–15 business days.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer an alternate option or a refund.


7. Conditions for Return Approval

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and tags intact.

  • Requests may be declined if:

    • The proof provided is insufficient or unclear.

    • Damage is found to be due to mishandling after delivery.

    • The request is raised after the 3-day window.


8. Steps to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your Order Number and details of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.

  4. Our support team will review your request and confirm approval if eligible.

    • For refunds, the amount will be credited within 7–10 business days.

    • For replacements/exchanges, the new product will be shipped within 10–15 business days.
